Indian Toners and Developers Limited (ITDL), an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company, was incorporated in 1990, as a Public Limited Company with more than 18000 shareholders. ITDL formed a subsidiary by the name of ITDL Imagetec Limited, which became operational since beginning 2009. While the manufacturing plant of the parent company i.e. ITDL is located in Rampur (U.P.), the manufacturing facility of its subsidiary, ITDL Imagetec, is located at Sitarganj (Uttarakhand). ITDL is a leading manufacturer of compatible toners for Photocopiers, Laser Printers, Digital Machines and Multi Function Printers and has recently introduced chemically produced color toners for HP CP 1215 and HP CLJ 2600 laser printers.
ITDL is an entrepreneurial venture, which was founded by its Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Sushil Jain, a technocrat with an innovative vision. Quality consciousness, dedication to technological progress and determination for satisfaction of its customers, shareholders and employees underline the values set forth by its founder.
Employing a highly automated and integrated Swiss/German plant, ITDL has a capacity to produce 2400mt of toners per annum, ITDL, Rampur (1200mt), ITDL Imagetec, Sitargunj (1200mt), with a total of 4 lines of productions, Being the First Company of its kind, ITDL thus came onto the Indian business scenario as a pioneer in this highly technical field and since then has established itself firmly as the leader in the domestic market with the single largest market share.
ITDL has the most widespread network of distributors and MORE than 1500 resellers and re-fillers, which is constantly growing, present in every nook and corner of the country.With its Head Office based in New Delhi, ITDL has a large number of Distributors catering to the needs of various States in the country. The sales team of the company comprises of around 150 people stationed in various parts of India to look after the sales of the company's products. The regional offices of the company are located in the 4 Metropolitan cities of India – Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata. ITDL has a strong work force of employees in excess of 300.

Having established itself as a pioneer in the domestic market, ITDL exports Toners to more than 35 countries in the world. The Government of India has been awarding ITDL for its “Excellence in Export Performance” consecutively since the past several years. ITDL USA was incorporated in the year 2004 as a wholly owned subsidiary of ITDL India. The company also has sole distributors in U.A.E and Singapore.
